10 questions to Kiev about air crash

Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov addressed to Ukrainian government 10 issues.

1. How Ukrainian authorities have identified the perpetrators of the tragedy instantly? Of course, in their opinion, this rebels. What lies at the basis of these findings?

2. Can Kiev report all the details about using of Buk systems in a war zone, and most importantly, why these systems are deployed there, when rebels have no planes?

3. What are the causes of inactivity of Ukrainian authorities on the formation of an international commission? When this international commission will be operational? This is awaited by the international community.

4. Whether the representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are ready to submit to international experts the documents on accounting of missiles Air-to-Air and Earth-to-Air?
(Incidentally, the Russian defense ministry has stated its readiness to show all the documentation about its Buk systems, so that the international observers and inspectors can verify all the numbers of issued missiles and ones standing on duty.)

5. Whether the data of the objective control of the movements of aircraft of the Air Forces of Ukraine in the day of the tragedy will brought to international commission?

6. Why Ukrainian air traffic controllers allowed deviation of the route of the aircraft to the north side of the zone so-called anti-terrorist operation?

7. Why was not completely closed to civilian aircraft airspace over the combat zone, especially because in the area there was no solid field of radar navigation?

8. Whether official Kiev can comment on reports in social networks ostensibly on behalf of the Spanish air traffic controllers working in Ukraine, which saw downed over the territory of Ukraine "Boeing" was accompanied by two Ukrainian military aircraft.

9. Why Security Service of Ukraine has started the work with recordings Ukrainian crew dispatchers with Boeing and Ukrainian radar data without international representatives?

10. How was been taken into account the lesson from previous similar disaster Russian Tu-154 in 2001 in the Black Sea?
(That time the leaders of Ukraine until the last minute denied any involvement of the Armed Forces of the country to the tragedy until irrefutable evidence showed the guilt of official Kiev.)

I'm still trying to follow. . . .

So you are saying that and accidental shooting down of the plane is not the most plausible cause?

You propose that the most probable cause is more likely a coordinated effort the the U.S.A CIA to purposely get 298 civilians killed to blame it on Russia, and get geo-political support?

I'm just making sure I understand your argument.. .. :)

There are row of facts, including:
1. Ukrainian war plane close to the crashed plane.
2. Row of Ukrainian Buk systems in the area of the crash.
3. New republics had no Buk systems.
4. US spy-satellite specializing in watching for missile launches, exactly in the time of the crash.

There is also:
1. Huge US propaganda with using no facts.
2. False evidences from Kiev.
3. Experience of Kiev to kill mass of people, including burning of them.
4. Experience of US (CIA) to train Kiev to make war.

There is interesting historical materials which KGB has published here.

Nobody and never will say you on official level that CIA had put hands in organisation of this air tragedy.

One else question to Kiev:
Why ukrainian army forces used and still use phosphorus bombs for bombing of cities and villages of Lugansk and Donetsk republics?
Didn't Kiev knows that using of phosphorus bombs is prohibited by international convention?
