The situation in Lugansk is close to humanitarian catastrophe. No electricity, no water, empty store shelves. Food is being sold in the street market, it is very little quantity, people take place and start to wait early in the morning and all the same can not get the necessary.

People are looking forward to trucks with humanitarian aid from Russia. Trucks are carrying food, clean water, medicine, electricity generators.
