OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier sees no evidence of the presence of Russian troops in Ukraine.
"There have always been citizens of Russia, who may have been coming there for different reasons and supported separatists. These indications we have, because we have met people who have been coming to this privately" - he said in an interview bi-bi-si.
"But is the Russian military units there or not, except for the fact that we all saw, and except for the military, which Ukrainians captured - it is more difficult to demonstrate," - said the Secretary General of the OSCE.
Government of Ukraine, Ukrainian security forces have repeatedly reported the presence of Russian military equipment and troops on the territory of Ukraine. Last week, NATO has published photos, which allegedly shows a Russian heavy equipment on the territory of Ukraine. However, Kiev could only confirm the presence of 10 Russian soldiers, and all other statements have not evidence.

Who really helps rebels of Novorossia and who facilitates Kiev regime?
Novorossia got help from: Russia, Serbia, France, Spain, Germany, Israel, Bulgaria, Slovakia, even Poland and Britain.
Foreign volunteers get no money for the help, just what they think right to do, doesn't matter what their governments say.
Ukraine got facilitation from: USA, Poland, Sweden. Professional soldiers from military companies and nazis.

At the same time facts never were presented to us," - he said, recalling that the allegedly existing pictures from space that show the movement of Russian troops, in fact, were the images of computer games. Kiev once said that there are Chechen soldiers within rebels, a battalion or so.
Kadyrov (the head of Russian region Chechnya) answered that if a battalion of Chechens was there they were occupy Kiev. It was joke because one battalion is not enough to occupy Kiev. Need two ones :)

Ukrainian army in the present is so weak that no military units need to crush her, rebels are enough on tanks taken off from Kiev's surrendered soldiers.

President Barack Obama has obsession to attribute Russia destructive role in the Ukrainian crisis. This opinion was expressed by the press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.
As recalled by ITAR-TASS, Barack Obama said in Tallinn that the presence of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine "can not be doubted." Commenting on the approval, Peskov on the air of "Russian news service" said the words of the American president are inconsistent with the data of United States State Department that is on the eve admitted that he had no independent evidence that the Russian troops crossed the border of Ukraine.
"We have repeatedly stated that there were no Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine not - reminded Peskov. - At a time when President Obama says that it is no doubt the United States State Department employees at the same time with their president say that they haven't any evidence of the presence of Russian military on the territory of Ukraine. This situation highlights the reluctance to operate the facts. It's just an obsession to attribute Russia destructive role in the development of the Ukrainian crisis."
