Looks more like calm before storm

At 5th of september, yesterday, from 18-00 of Kiev time the time of stopping fire has begun.
There was negotiations before that between Kiev's and Novorossian leaders which put there signatures under peacefull conditions. That was spoken about 12 key-points of the agreements. Did anybody see them? I heared Putin offered 7 points. Haven't heared about what did Poroshenko offered.
Kiev's leader already spoke today morning that he doubts that this peace will be too long. Strange thing though... If he thinks so who, of his oppinion, will start the fire again first?
Whole, this agreement looks doubtful. This was the time when rebels attacked at all front line and Kiev's military was loosing mass of technical units and soldiers. That was the best time to expand the attack and to remove the Kiev's junta far from Luhansk and Donetsk. The main point of agreement should be at my look that all Ukrainan military go out of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. This is what rebels fought for, the freedom their regions from the nazis.
But what we have now? Ukrainian forces don't leave their positions. Rebels inform that near Mariupol Ukrainean forces are in process of regrouping, many heavy technical units go there. Is it peace or not?
Finally just now a message has appeared in "Vesti" news site, that the peace is broken and both sides started fire each other. Logical continuance of such doubtful agreement.
