You should add my favorite from War 2:
'Does thou feel the Wolves snapping at thy heels?'
Also if the AI plunders (which it should) it would be fantastic to add the following:
'Thanks for the gold from your X
' where X is the most expensive unit that city had. That should annoy a few players

"Strange. A mosquito must have bit me!" after loosing a city. Then AI would not only taunt when winning, but also when loosing!
