Water units passing over thin pieces of land...

I noticed today that my serpents can easily overrun small acroterions (aka capes, forelands, headlands, promontories or just thin pieces of land that enter the sea) of solid land. This madness must be stopped and water units should work around these obstacles, unless we accept it as a perk :ugeek:

What you see is just the graphical edges. The unit only cares about what type of terrain it moves from and too. So if it moves from a shore tile to a shore tile thats a valid move, even though it can look a bit funny. This is unfortunately how the game engine works and cant be stopped. Only fixed by mapcreators taking care to not create this type of terrain. Although i guess you sometimes want the terrain to look like this :-)
