Strange End of Game Map

Game 4747 (New big map test 2). This game is Beta5 so it may not matter much but I thought I'd report it.

The game just ended. When I take a look at the map I see that several cities are owned by another player but are filled with neutral (gray) units as opposed to his units.

I've never seen that before so I wasn't sure if this was something left over in an earlier Beta or an indication of something else.

Not sure what happened but since that code is ~1 year old I think we will just ignore it for now
