map editor selections/sizing bug

the buttons are not easily accessible no matter what brower I am using. Note the same gap in space between the minimap and the tool bar in safari and chrome.

The space is needed for the 150x150 sized maps, but I have an idea that will make it work for smaller maps at least. Will fix this during the weekend.

If you hit F5 in the mapeditor to refresh the scripts it should now be working, depending on minimap-size the button-placement will adjust...
