Game - small money display bug

This isn't a huge deal since it's just a display glitch, but if you try to build a tower you don't have enough money to afford you will get an error informing you that you don't have enough money, but then your cash on hand will display a negative amount as if you built the tower. Exiting and re-entering the game fixes the incorrect value display.
