Hero Menu + Misc bugs

A few bugs I noticed while doing wiki updates.

1) If I try to open the hero report menu and I have no heroes the menu won't open saying I have no heroes. However my team mates do have heroes and this means I can't inspect them.
2) In the Units menu in the Wiki (and buy production menu) the Kraken is listed as having 8 fear in the Ocean (should say water). But in actual combat it's giving 10 fear. Not sure which is correct but one of them isn't.
3) Doing a mouse over of a Scout unit in the buy production menu reports that he can lead units over any terrain at a cost of 3. But he leads in desert at a cost of 2. It's a minor text bug but it should probably say he can lead units over any terrain at a maximum cost of 3.
4) L2 ruins are still reporting a dice of 20 instead of 22 when you click on them. The encounters are wrong too for this and other ruins.

The kraken has 2 fear everywhere, +6 in swamp and +8 fear ocean. So 2+8=10 is perfectly fine.

Mathematically that may add up but it's confusing as hell to look at when viewing the unit. I would never imagine you added +4 in the Swamp and +8 in the Water (otherwise a Medusa+Kraken in the Swamp should be getting 5 (Medusa) +4 (Kraken) = 9 because normal pluses add to everything). I would expect to see the final values reported on the unit so that it should show as 2/6/10.
