Gold account features unavailable

I have a gold account and I'm unable to toggle on the grid in-game, also the path numbers after 0 are all grayed out x's. In the map editor it says I have 4 of 4 maps filled and need to have a gold account to have more.

Hatch, you'll need to log out and log in again to refresh your session data.

There should be some kind of notification about this (and for all I know there is) when players purchase things in the premium area. If there isn't then this problem and the forum posts about it will continue.
