Scenario messages in ladder game.

In my game middle myself and my opponent are getting messages indicating that scenario triggers are being activated.

As an example when I took Schehrassen the game sent the trigger message indicating I got 200 gold. As far as I know I didn't, but I wasn't watching very closely.

The map is midgard FFA4.

It seems Triggers are active in laddergames as well.
It was not our intention to have maps with Triggers as approved laddermaps, but looks like this one made it through anyway (seems it is not available anymore though).
For version 0.9 I will make it a little bit more clear in the mapeditor and also enforce that a standard map cannot have any Triggers, it will only be available for scenariomaps.
