Ship Option "Upgrade All"

The new "Upgrade All" button on the ship screen doesn't recognize when a hero has water walking, and so isn't on a ship. It gets "upgraded" to a djonk.

I think it can be usefull even to Upgrade a Hero with Water Walk. You can manually set him back...
