Neutral unit and 'the Greenness'

What happens if I put neutral units in a player's starting city?

Also, for the last day or so...when I'm using the map editor, and I load up an old map, the strategic map (the little map on the right) remains a uniform shade of green (as if it was a new map) I can see any changes I make on the strat map, but I can't see the old stuff.

All Neutral units are removed from the starting cities when the game is generated. I.e. from all 4 squares of the starting city.
I know you want to be able to give the players more starting units etc, but that will have to come in next mapeditor version ;-)

Good thing you told me about the minimap. Its fixed now :-)
