Warning for empty city production

It seems many players are confused when they set custom city production (poor, normal, good etc). They often also set limited production for that same city. If you happen to set a combination that has no viable unit (Good city, scout/crow only production) the city spawns 'empty' of defenders.

It would be nice if the map editor would warn when such a combination was detected so that new map designers don't end up with empty cities.
