In-Game message bugs

Write a comment to my teammates. Comment does not appear to me. (It does eventually appear when I close and reload the game)

However, at that point, the 'X' to delete the comment doesn't actually work.

Is this in ver 0.8 or ver 0.9?

I've seen this often i 0.8 but works for me in 0.9
