Bugfix in city-popup

I just did a small bugfix in the city-popup.
Previously you couldnt see the name of the vectoring city/receiving city on some of the onmouse-over texts.
This annoyed at least me, so this has now been fixed

It seems that you might have to clear your cache for the update to take effect.
