Bug in NAP

I have formed an NAP, which is not something I'm normally into. The following picture is a result of the NAP and turning over a city to an opponent to secure it. I will gladly provide game details in private if the bug is of any interest at all.

Yes, can you send me all info you have in private please. I.e. your color. which units you had in the city and if any was moved out automatically. Also i guess it didnt help wih f5 refresh?
