Order of New Hero Screen

This is a very minor bug, but it seems like the new hero offer screen should come up after the summary screen (in which case the summary screen says there is a new hero offer up at the top).

Or, you can get rid of the sentence at the top of the summary screen as you already know that a hero has come to help.

Actually it was kind of tricky, first i thought we had a bug in our popup-window-queue system. But it turned out that since the News window is a separate web-call the response always got put last in the queue during gameload... :-)
