Neutrals that should have production have none

New map, was working fine, but now there is a problem after I made some revisions (none to production though). I click a city it shows the defender and the set production in the city that I am about to take and plunder. I win the battle and plunder and get 0 gold. So next city I occupy and there is no production at all. I started a new game on the same map with the same results, so I think something is wrong with the map- Mount Opeus. game id: 27459
I had submitted the map, but pulled it after this bug. You can log in and attack the next city to see what happens- Its just a test game. Thanks in advance.

Hello ChickenChaser,
Nice to see you are using the new features in the mapeditor. Let me know how it works out for the AI, if he can play this map with Flyer-only prod as it looks like you have setup the map.

Anyway, it seems you have accidently removed all production from Whites possible production (under scenario settings), thats why you dont get any plunder value or any production there...
